MIXING PLANTS
- With its annual rubber processing capacity of 10,000 tons and experienced staff, Nur Kaucuk meets both the mixtures used in its production and the requirements of the sector.
- In particular, EPDM, natural rubber, SBR, NBR, BR, CR, Viton and includes many materials, including silicone rubber.
- It meets both black and color mixing requirements with 4 closed mixers in the mixing unit and produces in a clean and sensitive environment with automatic filling feeding systems.
- Computer controlled chemical and furnace weight units are used, thereby eliminating human errors.
- Each mixture produced is tested to the specifications requested by customers and is specifically requested and approved within tolerances.
- To monitor the quality of the mixes, periodic tests are carried out inside the company and outside the approved laboratories, if necessary.
PROFILE PRODUCTION
- Our profile production is done by vulcanization hot air tunnel system.
- All products coming out of the production line are continuously measured with automatic measuring devices according to the tolerances specified by the customer. This prevents any measurement errors that may occur.
- It can be made with cutting machines of different sizes and features, at the beginning of the line (in line) or with very precise tolerances (+/- 0.1mm) in normal cutting.
- Any type of font requested by the customer can be written to the profile as you wish with a digital typewriter.
- With the vulcanization welding machine, products are given various shapes and high voltage final shape.
- Automatic winding machines are used to collect products quickly and without deformation from the hot air tunnel.
MOULD HOUSE
All extrusion and injection molds to be used in product manufacturing, support apparatus and devices to be used in production, turning, milling, CNC sewing center, wire erosion, automatic surface grinding, drill, welding and leveling materials are designed and built by our expert team.
LABORATORY
- All the raw materials and auxiliary materials we supply are tested and tested in our fully equipped laboratory with expert staff.
- R & D activities and product and production methods development projects are prepared and implemented.
